Hi, I’m Angela and I am so glad you found me.
It’s my mission to help people find courage, connection and happiness within.
When you work with me we will set you up to not only feel great for your wedding, but so that you have some simple techniques and tools that can help you feel strong and confident in all kinds of situations.
I believe that the whole of your wedding experience should be a happy, fun & empowering time, setting you up for great relationships with your life partner, your family, in-laws, friends and most importantly yourself!
As you prepare for your big day you want to be feeling in control and energised. You want to be at your best physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, and best of all you should be ready for a great time ahead!

My work is about using the powerful yet simple tools of Dru Yoga to unlock the potential within. I’ve been teaching Dru since 2010 as well as working full time with Dru (the teacher training organisation) in both the UK and Australia. In my career I’ve been an environmental campaigner, educator, intrepid traveller and seeker. I’ve searched for the best tools to help people transform and yoga is by far the most effective and enjoyable. I love that in an hour I can help people feel refreshed, relaxed, loose, uplifted and inspired and that over a short time of practice, they find their whole lives transform!

When I am not teaching yoga you can find me at the gym, enjoying a great film, being by a beautiful river or travelling with friends and people who inspire me.
